Hi everyone in this blog we talk about the graffiti is anart or vandalism  it is an art written painted or drawn on the wall sometimes without permission and within public view in other words refersto the art images or text painted on buildings by using spray.Graffiti as a art shows  from simple words to elaborate wall paintings has existed since ancient times .People used graffetti in ancient times to show the political ,economic,and social concerns of a society  graffetti art though is illegal in the world because it provokes vandalism though many people support due to the beautication of the city.In india graffetti is done in order to attract the tourists.graffetti  artist is also know as street artist. 

Graffetti is an art started in 1960by  Darryl mc cray, cornbread  was the graffetti artist however it originated in itlay in 1850 with sculptures and wall paintings In  1960 the spray paint graffetti  started that was in New York.The countries like Melbourne,poland and denmark queens new york ,Zurich Switzerland these countries make graffetti legal. If we talk about the effects of graffetti why it is illegal because it is a great damage to public and private propertiesand secondly factor it create the differences in people behavior and opinions so govt in new york increase insurance premiums and govt taxes in order to pay for the public properties. Why people do graffetti to highlight the issues of scociety where people went wrong or what they thing.or just to describe people culture, art.Some people do graffetti in a group in order to make the other people have a rundown feeling specially when you are linked to some business group the graffetti group may appeal threating  by putting of their customers and stagmized their future prospects to an affected party. The main idea of graffetti to get employment across the country specially when it comes to low income group.

All in all, “graffiti is no longer seen as a crime ” because a source for fascinating artwork that holds a deeper meaning. They not only bring awareness to social and political problems, they help build an artist's identity and also give younger generations the inspiration needed to become more creative people The graffetti recognised as an art when talk about different lifestyles and in order to promote a new product graffetti technique is quite beneficial because directly approach to the  masses.so we can conclude though it provokes the vandalism  but it always remain a deeper art for people feeling.
