Hi in this blog we talk about the position of women in society ancient times from 21st century women has been considered an important part of the society even though many women faced sexual discrimination in thesociety .nobody has the courage to deal with it specially poor girls sinceborn they had been taught that you are girl and remain to be girl and and create a discrimination on the gender based.that you are different from boy.It is actually started from their home.The term gender inequality means not treating equally boy or girl.Boys is always superior to girls and this situation occurs due to physiological and cultural norms prevelant in the society.Around the world women access less education than men and likely to hold less managerial positions few women's raise the voice against theinequality and being treated them unfairly. So according to the women empowerment and fundamental act  remove the  barriers that leads to gender inequality 

First and foremost step is access to education more and more women getting educated they aware of the fundamental rights and they speak of it and even thrive in their careers and simply make decision and improve their life after getting education they decide to work and marry later.

Secondly if women in power theyachieve economic success as you know women have less poltical representation than men by having an equal presence  of womenin politics or leadership activities theinterest and values of female will be represented in a better way.In some places women dont have a right to progress in their careers and not earn income due to job discrimination. 

Thirdly end violence and sexual against women are more likely to experience sexual violence the extent of sexual voilence towards women and girls is a extreme voilation of human right .though we ignored such thing but we have to speak of it inorder to protect our lives of women and girls.

Fourtly assure women and girls have accessto menstural health activity some cultures believe that menstruating girl can cause a harm to anything she touches for the under the santitation act standard of care for women and children to provide access to santitation facilities specially to women.

Fifthly to EndChild marriage : because this practise is a violation of the human right as it prohibits a woman to make a decision of their own life.it deprives ayoung girl from his education and early childhood  organizations working to raise the concern over this issue. 

 These are 5ways to fight gender inequality are crucial to help women and girls around the world reach their full potential and ultimately attain gender equality
