My weight loss diet I have started from lockdown and I have decreased 6kgs since then.
The main reason I have started dieting is to maintain my health and to keep my body adequate with adequate vitamins and increase the immunity of my body.
MY DIET PLAN IN MORNING:
In the morning I started with having 2 glasses of warm water. After 15 minutes I used to drink banana or apple oats smoothie.
PREPARATION OF BANANA OR APPLE OATS SMOOTHIE:
First, take some almonds which are soaked overnight, and then gently blend them with water. Then to this add banana or apple, then to this add dates and oats and grind them properly so that it makes a perfect smoothie.
MY AFTERNOON DIET PLAN:
At 1 my afternoon diet will start and in the middle of your hungry, you can have one fruit or any vegetables like carrot or beetroot or cucumber.
In the afternoon my diet plan is one egg boiled and toasted brown bread and any fruit or vegetables of your wish.
Instead of boiled egg, you can also have 4-5 pieces of non -veg of your wish. If you're a vegetarian you can have any curry that is made.
After 1hour you can have a cup of green tea which is very good for your health and it keeps your body active.

EVENING DIET PLAN:
in the evening I used to have some fruits or groundnuts which are good for health.
after 20 minutes I used to have green tea again.
DINNER DIET PLAN:
My dinner timing starts 2 hours before going to bed. it is necessary to start dinner at least 2 hrs before going to the bed and sleep well for at least 8 hours.
My dinner plan for the night is masala oats which are good for health and it does not contain any carbohydrates or any fat materials. having a cup of oats every night will decrease the weight.
If you don't sleep after having the oats within the 2 hours you will be hungry and you will start searching for other food items and then you will not decrease your weight, so sleeping at right time is necessary and lastly, drink plenty of water or lemon juice to keep your body active.
