Well being is a combination of your emotions and lifestyle factors. Emotions include, your happiness and fulfillment associated with your own self. Lifestyle factors majorly includes having some control towards life, engaging yourself into healthy relationships and achieving your goals. It is not just this but also associated with your mental health. Positive mental health is related to well being. It helps to describe many phases of life like, social, psychological and physical health. It is linked to all the aspects of live. Well being time and again results in productive work, balanced lifestyle and increased learning.

Why is it so difficult to define well being ? It is because it encompasses a variety of life events. There are several measures made up for people to understand it effectively, let's have a look.

HOW EXACTLY IS WELL BEING MEASURED?

An adequate measure is definitely required to understand well being, there are various ways through which one can measure well being. There are two ways in which well being can be assessed. The first one is

There are several ways where on can improve well being. The methods listed below are not comprehensive, one method may not be effective for every individual. It differs from person to person.

  4. Maintain work-life balance
  5. Stay hopeful
  6. Be grateful
