Hello everyone🙂 welcome back to my new blog. 

BUTTER MILK  

You can not stay without  water after meals. Just try this butter milk. When bloated after a heavy spicy lunch take this butter milk. People with weak digestion must have this butter milk. It will  intantly cools the digestive tract. 

To prepare this in a blender , blend  some corriander leaves , mint leaves , small piece of ginger , 1 glass of curd then add a pinch of Asafoetida. Add some rock salt , black salt and water into that…. Finaly heat one small pan ,add few drops of cow ghee, cumin seeds and  curry leaves. Just garnish on the mixture we seen before. If you have any digestion problem just try this butter milk. Always Have this drink  after your lunch for maximum benefits.

LEMON HONEY WATER 

Does honey lemon water causes   acidity ? 

Then just drink it in the right way.. let us see the common mistakes in making honey lemon water. 

Mistake 1 - putting too much water . Lemon causes acidity. 

Mistake 2 - putting honey in hot water. Honey should not be heated. 

But the right way to prepare this is take 200ml of water in glass, add one lemon and 1 table spoon of honey. Sip it slowly to get maximum benefit.

Citric acid in lemon flushes the toxins  and get a  clear skin. Take this early morning in empty stomach. 

SUGARCANE JUICE 

Rich in antioxidants , iron, calcium, phosphorous cures common cold and boost immunity. Cures common cold and fever , fights infection. It is also one of the medicine for kidney problems. This sugar cane juice is natural and digestible. In hot sunny days have this juice it's energy booster.

CARROT MILK 

This winter try carrot milk which is natural health supplement. From children to adults to old aged can enjoy this carrot milk. Take one carrot and grate it well. In a pan boil half glass water and grated carrot , when it half boiled add 200 ml of milk.water gets evaporated  and let it further boil ,you will get carrot milk. Let us know the benefit of this,… improves eye sight, for glowing skin, relief from dark circles, increases strength .  You can take this carrot milk everyday anytime.

Apart from all these I'm going to mention one thing.  That is WATER Yes friends , no drink can match water. Isn't it ? 

Water is life…there are so much of benefits in drinking water like glowing skin, provides energy, increases brain power, boosts immunity, promotes weight loss, prevents hair fall. So whenever you feel like drinking something ,drink water, keep water bottle handy.
