Staying at one place for a longer period of time is going to make your body sick and inactive. For the ones who are quarantined due to Covid might feel a bit more stressed out. According to WHO reports it is said that 2 hours of moderate exercise or 1 hour of rigorous exercise every week is essential for our body, and you don't require any kind of physical equipment's to work-out. Here below I have mentioned few tips to stay healthy and to reduce the seated behavior while you are quarantined at home.
