Physical Fitness During Lock-down

Hello readers! We all know how important it is to stay healthy and fit during a global pandemic and also in general. Today in this blog I'll tell you guys how important it is to keep yourself fit and to exercise daily. 

 Exercise to stimulate and not annihilate

We all know during lock-down fitness centre and gym's  are closed but that doesn't mean you don't work on your body. This blog is not about making big muscles or building your body, its just about to make you readers aware about the importance of staying healthy. Staying at one place for a longer period of time is going to make your body sick and inactive. For the ones who are quarantined due to Covid might feel a bit more stressed out.  According to WHO reports it is said that 2 hours of moderate exercise or 1 hour of rigorous exercise every week is essential for our body, and you don't require any kind of physical equipment's to work-out. Here below I have mentioned few tips to stay healthy and to reduce the seated behavior while you are quarantined at home. 

If you don't know how to start with your daily exercise routine, you could follow few of these tips mentioned below

  • Wake up early in the morning and drink water so you stay hydrated throughout the day. Start with basic exercises, you could take help of an online exercise app. I would recommend to use “TONE IT UP” it is one of the most basic app and good for beginners. 
  • Next best way to be active is to “walk”. You could walk while you have a phone call or if you decide to go out for a walk make sure to maintain social distancing.
  • Relaxation is very paramount and effective for your body and helps you remain calm and composed throughout the day. 
  • Make sure you devour nutritious food and chew it properly before swallowing. It's best to have whole grains rather than packed or canned foods. 

These were the basic tips you should follow daily for a healthy lifestyle. Now I'll tell you about few physical activities you must put practice everyday.
