Dhanush is slated to hit the big screen with Thiruchitrabalam scheduled for August 18th. The makers started promoting the film. Following the release of the first dance number "Thaai Kelvai", the second single from the movie "Megham Karukkatha" was released today (July 15th).

 Anirudh Ravichander wrote the music to his Thiruchitrabalam and the film marks the composer's reunion with his Dhanush after seven years. Interestingly, Dhanush also wrote the lyrics for his second song. Jani, who teamed up with Dhanush on the record-breaking song "Rowdy Baby," has choreographed the song "Tiruchitlambalam," and we can expect another top-flight dance move from the popular duo.

 Dhanush has also sung the romantic song "Megam Karukatha" and the image in the lyric video of him explains that the actor will appear in this song alongside Nitya his Menen and Raasi his Khanna. Directed by Mithran Jawahar, Thiruchitrabalam stars his Dhanush, Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Raashi Khanna, Prakash Raj, Bharathi Raja and others. The film is meant to be a family drama like the director's previous films starring Dhanush, and is expected to be full of twists and turns.

A promo for 'Megham Karukkatha', the second single from Dhanush's film Thiruchitrabalam, is available now. All songs will be released on July 15th. Actor Dhanush shared his excitement about the song on social media, writing, "It was fun to write this song. I hope you all like it. 

Megaham Kalkada's 2nd single from #Tiruchitrumbalam. will be released on July 15! The music for this film was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, a classic combo of Dhanush and Anirudh reuniting after years away. The song was written and composed by Dhanush himself. His Thiruchitrabalam, directed by Mithran Jawahar, is his fourth film co-directed by Dhan Karukkathaush. 

They have previously collaborated with Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Kutty and Uthmapothiran. The film is touted as an entertaining family entertainer, with Tiruchitravaram's cast featuring Dhanush, Rashi Khanna, Nitya Menen and Priyabhavanishankar in the lead roles. Prakash Raj and Bharathiraja play supporting roles in the film. Post-production for the film is in full swing, and the rest of the album's songs will be released soon. The film was originally scheduled for a July release, but has been delayed due to ongoing post-production work.

Thiruchitrabalam is released through its home banner, Red Giant Movies. Besides starring Raashi Khanna, Nithya Menen and Priya Bhavani Shankar, the film also stars Prakash Raj and Bharathiraja. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film's music was composed by Aniruda. On the other hand, Dhanush has movies like Vaathi, Naane Varuven, The Gray Man and an untitled movie starring Arun Matheswaran.
