Confused!! Here I am with a 3 different snack recipe for you all…
•First recipe is Bread gulab jamun
We all ate Gulab jamun of various types but with bread is quite different right?
So let's start with ingredients.
*Ingredients for Bread Gulab Jamun
•4-6 Servings
•Two cup bread crumbs
•Half cup sugar syrup
•Few green cardamom
•Half cup milk •One cup ghee/oil
*Let's start with the preparation
•Step 1/3
-Mix bread crumbs and cardamom, and keep it away.
-Further, heat milk over medium flame in a pan. When the milk boils, transfer it in a bowl mixture of bread crumbs and green cardamom.
-Mix everything well and prepare a dough.
•Step 2/ 3
-Now, take small portions from this dough and shape them in the form of round balls.
-Next, place a pan over medium flame and heat ghee/ oil in it.
-When the ghee/ oil is hot enough, add the balls in it and fry these until golden brown. Then transfer the fried balls in a bowl containing sugar syrup. Keep them in it for one hour.
•Step 3/ 3
Serve these hot or cold as per your favor and enjoy!
•Second recipe is Bread chilli
Chilli bread is one of the well known dishes in pastry kitchens. I was very tempted to see chilli bread at a bakery, so I tried it once. Despite the fact that it was too spicy for my taste buds, I decided to recreate it at home and now sharing it with you all.
*Ingredients to make bread chilli
•2 Servings
•Six bread slices(cut into pieces)
•One big sized chopped onion
•One roughly chopped capsicum
•Two tsp oil
•Half tsp garam masala powder
•Add red chilli powder according to your spice
•Half tsp soyasauce •One tsp chilli sauce
•One tsp lemon juice
•One tsp tomato sauce
•Salt as per your taste
•Handful Coriander leaves
*Preparation
• Step 1
Toast the bread pieces for 1 minute and keep it aside.
Then, take a pan, heat oil and add the chopped veggies. Stir-fry it for 1 minute on medium flame.
•Step 2
Now add dry spices, salt, lemon juice and sauces, mix well for 1 minute.
•Step 3
Add toasted bread pieces and mix well altogether for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame. Lastly, Garnish with coriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
•Third recipe is garlic bread
A very simple and easy recipe using only few ingredients.
*Ingredients to make garlic bread
•6-8 servings
•Half cup butter
•Two tablespoons garlic paste
•Two tablespoon dried mixed herbs
•Bread(Any kind), cut into Half slices
•One package shredded mozzarella cheese
*Preparation
•Step 1
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the garlic paste and dried mixed herbs.
•Step2
Add few mixture on the bread and top it with cheese. Then toast them in the pan till the cheese melts.
Ta-da your tasty garlic bread is ready to serve...
