Changes are necessary in life!
Sometimes, whenever you are in a terrible situation, some changes in the ways of understanding or looking at the situation can affect the solution in a positive way or can also help in solving it in the most suitable way.
Whenever you are in a bad mood and don't want to do anything, just want to lay down on your bed and sleep. Though, it's not actually a wrong thing to do but feeling always like this can affect your various other important things or the regular schedule. One should try to apply some changes in the way of thinking while feeling low or to do something different (something strange but still good) which they haven't done yet. Not always hobbies can make you happy, sometimes, trying new things can also make you feel good in a different way as~
Changes can also be good sometimes!

Small changes, too, matter alot. If you are facing problem while concentrating over any serious issue for which you need to take a big decision then try to change the thinking place. The surrounding plays an important role in mostly everything. The people around us, the atmosphere and few more such things matter alot.

The person with whom we talk daily or even few times shapes our way of thinking too. If you are a part of a group in which everyone is very competitive or they always talk in negative then you will also start behaving in the same manner (that's how they affect us!)(our ancestors used to warn us about this!).
Everything depends on how we are taking or handling any situation.

It's really hard to bring the slighest change when you get comfortable in your situation and the way you react but it takes a single effort to break the chain of your habits and then keep breaking it and without you even realising one day you will be a changed person with different attitude and habits.
In conclusion I just want to say that nothing changes overnight, take baby steps and keep going on and one day it will all be worth it.
