Let's Make A Different Rangoon Sweet !

Good morning guys ! how you all doing ? sweets have a separate fan base , isn't it ? some people love sweets more than anything . some like to finish their lunch and dinner with desserts . some eat sweets as snacks . so if you have sudden craving for sweet , you can easily make this delicious rangoon sweet . the name may look different , but it is like a basic sweet made of sooji or rava . so let's see how to make it .

RANGOON SWEET 1 

SERVES : 2

INGREDIENTS :

  • A cup of sooji or rava .
  • cashew nuts - 25 grams
  • raisins - a tea spoon
  • badam and pista - 3 tablespoons [ you can use nuts of your choice !]
  • jaggery - 1 cup
  • coconut 
  • ghee 
  • water- 1 cup

how to make ?

  1.  heat up a pan and add a cup of jaggery to it . use the crushed jaggery , so that it will dissolve in the water quickly .
  2. then add a cup of water . mix it well and allow it form a jeera .
  3. frequently mix the jaggery water ,other wise it will stick to pan or form clogs .
  4. take another pan , add 3 table spoons of ghee to it .
  5. once the ghee get hot , add your cashews and badams in it and fry it .
  6. then take out the fried nuts out and add some grated fresh coconut to the ghee . fry the coconut until it turns into a golden brown color .
  7. don't fry too much , then coconut will burn and it will not taste good .
  8. after that , take out the roasted coconut out and add a cup of sooji or rava to the remaining ghee   .
  9. you can add the jaggery jeera to the rava , once the rava changes it's color . 
  10. continuosly mix the rava mixture without forming lumps and sticking to the pan , for 3 to 4 minutes . 
  11. now you can see , the rava will absorb the jaggery water . at that add some ghee in to it . stir occasionally .
  12. now , we can add our fried nuts and roasted coconut into it . 
  13. mix it well , and our yummy sweet is ready !
  14. you can plate it up and add some crushed nuts on top of it for decoration .

NOTE : YOU CAN ALSO ADD MILK INSTED OF JAGGERY WATER . YOU CAN ADD SUGAR AS THE SWEETNING AGENT HERE !

It's quite simple right ? guys try it out and enjoy it . our rangoon sweet can be made within 10 to 15 minutes . i tried it , it was so nice .
