Even though we all know each and everyday is a blessing , it’s an opportunity to improve ourself but what are we really doing? 
Due the ongoing Pandemic and never ending Lockdown which is causing a lot of stress and anxiety to the world we always feel Frustrated and burned out .

Mental health is  Underrated ! we have to question ourselves what are we doing to improve our mental health ? 

keeping your mental peace is quite challenging in such hard scenario these 3 habits can bring a lot of changes and positive impact on your mental health and regular practice of this is sure to improve your thought quality and bring in lot of positivity to your life 

  1. Gratitude practice - “GRATITUDE” is the only way that bring Magic to your life , and it is one the most effective and easiest way to have a happy life, only when you are happy from inside you feel good. With current pandemic we have literally forgotten Gratitude, only when we realise the importance of things we have in life and show gratitude only when our mind feels contented by which you become a lot more peace and happy inside out. Try to write at-least 5 things that you are great-full for in life every day. Be it the smallest thing try to Gratitude and see the miracles in your life 
     
  2. Workout - the health benefits  of workout is not just for your body also it can significantly improve mental health! working out regularly secrets the hormone Serotonin which is called the “happy hormone “ which makes you   Feels good and keeps your energetic throughout the day. stretch your body and enjoy the growth move your body as much as possible try to workout every day for 10 minutes and see it for yourself also working out regularly improves your sleep cycle
  3. Waking up Early - so this might sound cliche but it’s the fact waking up early brings in lot of positive energy and boots your creativity try to avoid looking at your phone the  first thing in the morning. we usually think scrolling through social media for 5 minutes does no harm and end up scrolling for good 2-3 hours per day and where a lot negative thoughts influ us and we start comparing our lives and complain which ruins mental peace so the best way to deal with this is going to bed early and waking up Early. this 3 simple habits is an absolute necessity to over come anxiety or any kind of depression and these are proven methods and they reflect the positive changes immediately.
