Before starting  with today's blog I wanna thank each one of you for loving my previous blogs …  

The topic for today is not something new but is still very important to be talked upon. We all know that every girl undergoes menstrual cycle once she attain puberty . Menstrual cycle begin with the menstrual blood  flow for 3 to 5 days . This is the biological process  which occur in every girl .There is nothing to feel bad about it or to feel ashamed  off . Still in our society people  hesitate  to talk about the same . Menstrul hygiene  is very important in the days of your heavy flow . Girls which belong to villages and from down background do not recieve the accurate knowledge  about the menstrual hygiene as a result they end up having reproductive tract infections.  Education plays an important role in the societal development.

Recent senses had vitnesd that each girl generate  more than 100 tons of waste from pads during her life  . Senetry pads are cheaply Avilable in the  market  that's why they are used by almost all the girls during  there periods. This generated waste takes 1000s of years to decompose. With the alarming population  the usage of pads are also increasing . 

Have you ever wondered  that products we use daily may provide us ease but it is very harmful for the environment  . We just took an example of senetarypads  .the waste generated by it is produced in such a large amounts that become difficult  to treat. 

Most of the times we talk about problems but its  very important to talk about the way to get things normal. Instead of using senetry pads  we have so many other options available  now adays.  One can use reusable pads which are made up of synthetic fibers , these synthetic fibers can be decomposed easily ,one can also use menstrual cups which are not only helpful in environmental practices but also is a great product that every girl must have . Menstrual cup once brought, then can be reused for 5 to 6 years.  More than that it ensures no leakage. Since menstrual cups are to be inserted in the body thats why most of the girls don't buy it thinking it would be dangerous to her health .But menstrual cups are undoubtedly  safe to use .these cups not only generates less waste but also make a girl feel free of rashes, eiching,  redness and many other vaginally problems .

Whenever we buy something new for ourselves, our body needs time to be familiar with it same as that menstrual cups are new to us . With the passage of time things become normal . Lets change ourselves  for the better tomorrow.
