Encouragement is what motivates us to make things happen, but staying pushed is not always easy. Get some tips on how to get promoted ( and stay!) and tips on what to do if you can't fit in.
Motivation is what motivates you to go for a goal, which lifts you up in the morning and makes you work though the task, determined to succeed when it is difficult. But the encouragement can be both positive and negative:
Positive motivations - focuses on the positive things that happen when you take action. For example: “Once this event is over, I'm only one step away from the possibility.”
Negative motivation - focuses on the negative that happens when you don't take action. For example: “If you don't complete this event in the next few hours, I will fail my course.”
The pros and cons of motivation can work in a variety of situations. So, it is much easier to do something the way you want than because you want to prevent a certain outcome if you do not want to. If you do not have the right plan to do it, misusing it can make you feel helpless and can also control your motivation
set your goals - When you set a goal, you choose to act in a way that will help you to achieve what you want. Goals lead you to focus on them. They are sacred and have an end. This can help you to maintain a positive attitude.
Choose a location that interests you - You can always be motivated if you are working on something you really want to do or do, more than others want you to do.
Find things that interest you where you do not want to - Sometimes others set goals for us that we do not care about or that we do not want to do. So try to find something in the assignment that motivates you. For example: “ Math is challenging , but it will help me to be a builder, which I want more that anything.”
Advertise your goals - When you tell someone your intentions or write them down, you are actually promising to fulfill your word.
Plan your progress - When you are working on something, it can be very interesting when you see evidence that you are making progress. Draw or create a representation that represents the processes you are reaching to achieve your goals.
Use of reward - promise yourself some kind of reward every time you complete a step / event.
Don't do it alone - Join your class or find a teacher or someone to share experiences with. Encouraging others to progress is encouraging, especially when you do so in a challenging way
