Ajwaini Paneer Tikka From Clay Oven

Welcome back to my blog, with new recipe.
Today I am going to tell about ajwaini paneer tikka. Which is paneer cube marinate with ajwain, spices and youghrt. Grilled in tandoor with cube onion, capsicum and tomato.
INGREDIENTS
- Cube cottage cheese 2 inch each piece
- Cube onion size same as cottage cheese
- Cube capsicum size same as cottage cheese
- Cube tomato seedless size same as cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 no. Of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of coriander powder
- 1 tbsp of cummin powder
- 1 tsp of dry Fenugreek leaf crushed
- 2 pinch of garam masala powder
- 2 tsp of cashewnut powder
- 4 to 5 no. of Finely chopped green chilly
- 4 tbsp of Mustard oil
- 6 tbsp of hung youghrt
- ½ tsp of ajwain
METHOD
- Paneer put into hot water to getting soft.
- Take a bowl put all spices and lemon juice.
- Then add Mustard oil and rubbed with palm till getting nice yellow colour.
- Then add hung youghrt mix well.
- Now add green chilly chopped and ajwain, mix well.
- Now paneer take out from water.
- Then onion, capsicum, tomato and paneer marinate with ready masala.
- Keep aside for 30 min.
- Now skewe in a sewer like first onion, 2nd capsicum, 3rd paneer, and last tomato. This is a set of paneer tikka.
- Then put in tandoor to grill. Cooked till paneer getting golden brown colour.
- Now take it out, apply some butter and springsome chaat masala.
- Again put in tandoor for 30 sec.
- Now your ajwain paneer tikka is ready.
- Transfer in a serving plate.
- Accompanies is shredded salad, mint chutney, and lemon wedges.
- Serve with roti and chappati.
NOTE :- IF YOU RUBBED VERY NICELY TURMERIC POWDER AND MUSTARD OIL, YOU WILL GET NICE YELLOW COLOUR. THAT TIME YOU DON'T NEED FOOD COLOUR.
