Old Indian Traditional Food Culture
Here comes the traditional foods of India.India as food varities based on regions like they have North Indian foods and South Indian foods.

North Indian Foods
Mostly in north India they prefer wheat than rice.They make roittis and chappathi for there daily food.They mostly doesn't eat non veg foods like chicken ,mutton etc…They can't eat the sea food items because of there place, as north India as no sea to catch all variaties of sea foods.North Indians eat more milk and dairy products.these types of foods increase there strength.They doesn't eat much veges to there food.They also eat puffed rice instead of rice.They are hard workers so they eat wheat to gain strength.There food diet is so good to maintain the fitness.They get proteins from milk, curd,cheese and other dairy items.As they worship Hindu gods and have firm beleifes on God They don't kill animals for any purpose.

SOUTH INDIAN FOODS
South Indian foods are the most famous foods in India.They are totally different from North Indian food style.South Indian food diet includes non veg as they are mostly placed near sea.They eat spicy and sweet items.They eat chicken, mutton, beaf, pork, fish, prawn and so on.They also have a health diet according to their lifestyle.south Indians eat all green vegetables , fruits, cereals, pluses, milk etc….almost all type of incrediants can be seen in south Indian dishes.They do magics in their food.it gives us a very flavour full foods to eat.'The smell of the dishes itself say the taste of tha food' south Indians firmly believe in that stanza.personally as a blogger I love to eat south Indian foods than anyother type of foods,because i'm basically a south indian .

Tradition Part
Indians have beleifs in Hindu God.They have the fasting days accordingly to maintain their body condition, they follow this in the name of pooja for God.old Indian as guessed all types of things and follow things properly.In Indian , people now too follow those rituals.These are the things we can learn from India through their food culture.
