The winter season has come and for all of us this is most refreshing season of the year. We go out for picnic and vacation and short trips, fair, zoo, outing and its full of enjoyment.
I have been thinking about writing about this one habit which really energize your entire day. I have been using this tip for a long time and today I would like to share that important tip to you .
Getting up early in the winter mornings is the most thrilling thing to do. Its cool and soundless all around and the best part is the birds chirping and tranquility all around.
Friends, have you all tried to go out early in the morning and enjoyed the morning sun? If not, then just go for it.
I bet you your entire day will be energized and more good if you can go out in the early morning and play some sports like badminton.
You can also do a chatting session with all the morning walkers you meet or your friends coming out for morning sunrise. If you have a refreshing chatting session in the morning under the rays of the fresh sunshine, you are the luckiest person on earth. I do this everyday. And the day I started getting out in the sun in the morning , I feel the blessings of God. I get so much energized that my heart and mind gets full of lively feelings.
Now now that I have shared the tip with you and so I think I should also mention the person who inspired me to go out in the sun early in the morning.
I have some old habits of watching the Doordarshan channel in Bengali. I have yet not given out the habit of watching Doordarshan because of all the OTT s available now.
So one day I was watching a program on Doordarshan, one retired army person came to that talk show. And he is the person who described about the usefulness of morning sun and morning activity.
I cannot thank him enough because after that day when Implemented this beautiful habit of exposing myself to morning sunshine , I could get all the good effects of the sun and all the positive energy just engulfed me from that day.
So friends , in this winter you might not get the time of getting out for a morning walk or activities under the sun because of office or simply because of laziness. But I insist that just try it for once and feel the difference for yourself. And the best time to start this from the winter season.
