2 Different Vaccines -2 Doses

As there are cases increasing day by day, there is now a shortage of vaccine across the country. It became difficult for those who took the first dose to take the second dose. This problem is especially important for those who take the first dose of covaxin. The situation is similar not only in our country but also in many poor and middle-class countries. To overcome this problem, Oxford University scientists have focused on the first dose of one type of vaccine and the second dose of another type of vaccine (mixing doses).
Is there more protection against the virus? Or will more side effects appear? Attempts were made to find answers to the questions. As part of this research, some who took the first dose of the estrogen vaccine were given the Pfizer vaccine as a second dose four weeks later. Others were given the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and the second dose of the estrogen gene. It is normal to have side effects such as headache, fatigue and fever when taking any vaccine normally.

Scientists have found that they are more likely to take such mixing doses. The side effects of the first dose and the second dose were found to be even greater. About 10 percent of those who received mixed-dose vaccines suffered from severe fatigue, while only 3 per cent of those who received two doses of the same vaccine experienced fatigue.

People over the age of 50 were selected for the study as a precautionary measure, with the risk of side effects being severe. Scientists are conducting similar experiments with different vaccines, such as Modera and Nova Vax, three months apart (12 weeks between the first dose and the second dose). Thus heterologous boosting is the act of alerting the immune system by giving two different vaccines. Scientists involved in the study said it would take a few more weeks to figure out how well the immune system was responding to the participants in the experiment. So far, however, there have been no safety issues with taking the mixed dose. The side slope has also been reduced in a matter of days.

Scientists believe that mixed-dose vaccines will work effectively and that governments will find a temporary cure for the vaccine shortage problem if they find it safe to do so. In fact, in some countries, the first dose of estrogen is given, but some people under the age of 40 are diagnosed with the problem and its use is banned. Those who took the vaccine as the first dose was given the Pfizer vaccine as the second dose. This was done in France for example.
