Healthy And Tasty Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast is the important meal of the day to keep your body energised.you should consider if you have habit of skipping breakfast.it totally ruin your overall health.Here    Im giving some ideas on tasty and filling recipe you can make quickly.

Soaked nuts smoothie 

 

This is a quick smoothie that anyone can make within matter of minutes.soak 5 almonds,10black raisins,2 figs overnight.Next day,bring it all into a blender and blend it with adding a little milk(optional). You can add cow milk,almond milk or soy milk.If you want it more filling then add one ripe banana and blend. Here ready!Our thick yummy smoothie. delicious and healthy too!

Bread and omelette

I think it’s everybody’s favourite.Let’s make it more tasty.If you are considering it to be healthy then,choose wheat or multigrain bread over white bread.Take a bowl add one chopped onion ,¼ teaspoon of pepper powder and pinch of salt.Add 2 eggs.Mix it all well.Pour the mixture on the tawa (pan) adding a little oil or butter. Fry it and place the omelette piece on top of the bread and cover it by another slice like sandwich.There ,your delicious breakfast ready!

Masala pasta 

This is one of my fav dish. i would love to share it with you all.

Ingredients:

Onion         -1

Tomato.     -1

pasta.           -250gm

chilli powder-1 tsp

Garam masala -1 tsp

soy sauce.        -½ tsp

coriander leaves 

salt 

Boil the pasta of your choice and Keep it aside. In a pan add 2tbsp oil and add chopped onion and sauté until it’s shallow and add chopped tomato ,chilli powder, garam masala ,soy sauce and sauté it until raw smell  goes.add a little water to avoid burning.add salt and if you like to add veggies you can include it. Add the boiled pasta, mix and cover it for 5 minutes in Low flame. add some coriander leaves and serve it hot.

Egg roti 

If you are a Indian ,then your can’t live without rotis.it’s delicious.Now I’m telling you how to make a quick yummy roti to relish on.you have to make your roti as usual.then on the pan,when your roti is almost ready ,don’t take it off. Crack a egg and pour if on the roti while keeping the flame low.add a pinch of salt and pepper.Carefully flip the roti back and press it gently allowing the egg to cook.then take it out on a plate. Enjoy the yummy egg roti with ketchup.

Wheat Upma

 

It’s a quick recipe too.All you need is broken wheat semolina,onion,curry leaves ,tomato,mustard seeds ,green chilli and salt.To a pan goes in some oil ,mustard seeds and let it pop.add sliced onions ,curry leaves, and green chilli. Sauté it for a minute add chopped tomato and salt . Add 1 cup of water and bring to to boil.Then add the wheat semolina ,mix and cover .cook it in low flame for 5 minutes. You have to flip it over in between. Your Upma is ready to serve.

Fruit salad

Sometime you don’t wanna cook and at that times do a fruit salad with available fruits at home .that’s too simple yet highly nutritious.
