Dopamine is nothing but a type of neurotransmitter. Our body makes it when we feel pleasure and our nervous system uses it and send messages between nerve cell. So it is also called as chemical messenger.

We people can relate "DOPAMINE" with a feel good thing or a pleasure or happiness. It also has it's part in unique human ability to think and plan.

DOPAMINE = ADDICTION

Dopamine Detox is nothing but re-programming our brain. 

Take a minute and self evaluate yourselves, 

  1. Do you use your phone often and stuck over there??
  2. Do you face time your babe the whole day??
  3. Do you eat more junk food??
  4. Do you spend to more on shopping??
  5. Do you get obsessed with the stuffs you don't want to be??

Have you ever thought so stop doing it once??If you don't ,you must try dopamine detox,  which gonna make your day more productivity.

SEEKING HAPPINESS :

Let me give you an example , you are opening your fridge and here you have a carrot and a chocolate. What will you prefer?? If you asked me , Yes!! chocolate . I know you would also choose the same. This were the dopamine decides what you want and not you. As the days go on you keep on buying chocolate rather than anything health .

TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS NOT GOOD 

SOCIAL MEDIA ADIDCTION: 

Similarly ,in the usage of social media dopamine dominates you and your thoughts. Social media addiction is a wide topic which has been discussed for decades yet no one has solution , but dopamine is the beginning of the addiction. If you wanna get to know the real world stop using social media accounts for a week and feel what you feel after a while, just evaluate yourself.

TRY == ACTION == RESULT

PORNOGRAPHY ADDICTION:

As adult our dopamine seeks for pleasure more than just happiness , that is why we watch porn videos and masturbate .It may also go beyond our hands we may start to abuse someone. I am making these points because we have to control ourselves , our feelings , and also our dopamine.

SO, sit on your desk ,take a paper and pen , and plan for your dopamine detox schedule. No social media , no junk food , no music , no dopamine for a week . You may feel more bored and stressed in the beginning. But when you plan to make your day productivity , you will see a huge difference in your body ,mind and life.
