Dopamine is nothing but a type of neurotransmitter. Our body makes it when we feel pleasure and our nervous system uses it and send messages between nerve cell. So it is also called as chemical messenger.
We people can relate "DOPAMINE" with a feel good thing or a pleasure or happiness. It also has it's part in unique human ability to think and plan.

This were the dopamine decides what you want and not you. As the days go on you keep on buying chocolate rather than anything health .

Similarly ,in the usage of social media dopamine dominates you and your thoughts. Social media addiction is a wide topic which has been discussed for decades yet no one has solution , but dopamine is the beginning of the addiction. If you wanna get to know the real world stop using social media accounts for a week and feel what you feel after a while, just evaluate yourself.
PORNOGRAPHY ADDICTION:
As adult our dopamine seeks for pleasure more than just happiness , that is why we watch porn videos and masturbate .It may also go beyond our hands we may start to abuse someone. I am making these points because we have to control ourselves , our feelings , and also our dopamine.
SO, sit on your desk ,take a paper and pen , and plan for your dopamine detox schedule. No social media , no junk food , no music , no dopamine for a week . You may feel more bored and stressed in the beginning. But when you plan to make your day productivity , you will see a huge difference in your body ,mind and life.
