Well I got my Second Dose Vaccine today and with that I have been fully vaccinated. Having said that, there isn't a guarantee that you wouldn't be covid positive even after two doses. I am sure there were many people. 

Getting the first dose wasn't easy as the slots were filling fast and there were a lot of people wanting to get the dose. However the slot for the second dose was easily available and wasn't fully booked at all. When the vaccine was available initially, the demand became so high that we had to wait for our turns or should I say, we had to check in every hour or so. 

I got my first dose in July and have been looking for it since the mid of June but not too thoroughly probably because I assumed there were a lot of time. But then by July, I realised that I needed to get a slot as classes are starting by the end of July and the students are required to carry the vaccine certificate more than the RT PCR Test Report. More than that, my major motive to achieve this purpose was to travel to Bangalore and to travel out of state, you needed to have a vaccine certificate and I decided to get the first dose as quickly as possible and go to Bangalore and return as quickly as possible and by then, the classes will also get busier. 

This isn't the only time you tend to achieve your purpose to fulfil a motive. It requires a really strong motive for one to fulfil a certain purpose. It required an accident for a friend to give his bike for servicing. I had to lose my Smart Card to convert my Student Account to Current Account, something I have been delaying for a while but then losing the card as become a reason to get it done. These are the only ones I could think of and coincidentally, both of it happened in the same year i.e., 2019. 

There are side effects of getting the vaccine like you get prone to fever or cold or body pain but not for all. I didn't experience any of it even at the dose taken today and that did put me in doubt whether I had been vaccinated for real. But I have taken a paracetamol after both the doses. 

So yeah, that's that. hope you are all vaccinated and if you aren't, get it done asap because it is available and the hospitals are looking for people to vaccinate which was the other way round three months ago.
