Though We Indians, in general, are a mix of cultural diversities because of our history down the memory lane. It can be seen in our food habits also. Although, Indian cuisine is famous throughout the globe. Thus, We Indians have different tastes and delicacies throughout the subcontinent. Our country's food got divided according to regions such as Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, South-Indian, Kashmiri, North-eastern, and various others, etc.
The one that's famous throughout the subcontinent, the Punjabi food, and its delicacies are known to the other side of the world more significantly due to its traditional custom and practice of Langar. The old gates of the holy city of Amritsar hold the key to the heart of Punjabi cuisine and its various delicacies.
Amritsar is a city in the northwestern Indian state of Punjab, 28 kilometers from the border with Pakistan. At the center of its walled old town, the gilded Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) is the holiest gurdwara (religious complex) of the Sikh religion. He was the pioneer in taking the exquisite PINJAR Woodwork and wooden carvings of Amritsar and making them popular all over the world.
