Hey you readers how are you all ? hope you all are doing well and fine. Hope you all are studying or working respectively. Whether it is in school or college or your workplace or even in a public place like garden, market,  all of us must have felt unsafe at some point of our life or at that right moment. Feeling unsafe is natural and that we need is because of some people who do not understand what public space or privacy means. 

But it has happened with me most of the time that even if I wanted to defend myself I was not able to. Not because I didn't have the confidence for the courage to do so but because I personally think I am not that well trained aur well-equipped as much that at that right moment I can take a step to defend myself. 

The least I was able to do was to hear all of those noises and walk away from that place. I want to see biggest the important thing for me at that moment was to save myself from any further harassment. But there are other choices as well and the one very important is is to get yourself trained enough in Karate or judo or any kind of martial art. And while searching for different martial arts I came across this one which is the deadliest of martial arts in the entire world. It's called Krav Maga and it is originated from Israel.

Israel has taken self-defense to a whole new level. In Hebrew Krav Maga literally means Contact combats. It is a combat that looks straight out of a movie. Even James bond himself has picked up Krav Maga in his most recent movies.

So what is Krav Maga ?

Krav Maga is a military self defence That takes the most effective moves from another fighting styles to keep oneself against the attackers, robber's or killers.

But where did it come from ? 

Well, back in the 1930s a man named Imi Lichtenfeld took fighting the streets to defend his Jewish community against the rising violence in Europe. When he moved to what is now called Israel he official developed Krav Maga for the Israeli army, otherwise known as the IDF. 

However, don't get confused Because this is not sport. You won't see Krav Maga in Olympics because this type of fighting can kill. Krav Maga has no rules. Haim Gozali are also known as the Israeli Batman, knows this better than anyone.

Krav Maga is about saving your own life. You could use it to disarm someone attacking with a knife or gun. In this type of martial art one is taught that size does not matter you just need to target on one of the most vulnerable parts of the body. It's about having confidence in your attack. It's no wonder that the IDF Trains all their soldiers for Krav Maga. Whether Big or small, 15 years old or 90, you can defend yourself.
