Hey Guys, here I come with the very first recipe of my blog - "Burnt garlic chicken fried rice." Chinese quisine is one of my favourite and so is rice. So I am sharing a very easy and delicious recipe with you all. Whenever I am happy or sad I cook this and my family and friends love this.
It is as simple as cooking fried rice. All you need is the below mentioned ingredients:
How to cook ? The recipe :
To begin with, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or kadhai. Now put the diced chicken into the hot oil and saute for 5 minutes. Take the chicken out and saute the vegetables for 2 minutes to maintain the color and crispiness. Now after the veggies are being sauted, put 6-7 finely sliced garlic cloves into the same oil and fry until it is dark brown in color. Once it is done keep the fried and sauted ingredients aside.
Now heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the same pan/wok/kadhai. Now put the cloves and soon after that put onions and fry until its golden brown. Once it is turned brown put the vegetables and chicken in and cook for 2 minutes in a medium low flame.
Now while the chicken and vegetables are getting ready let us see the preparations for the sauce.
Take a small bowl and mix the soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and put sugar and crushed black pepper into it and mix well.
Once the veggies are cooked put the sauce and put half teaspoon of salt as the sauces already contain salt so be careful! Now stir the mix well and after 2 minutes of cooking mix rice and the fried garlic into it. Mix it well and cook for 5 minutes in medium low flame. Switch off the flame and add black pepper powder and spring onions/coriander. Serve hot.
