5 Step Guide To Increase Your Height !!

Hey guys, are you finding the natural ways by which you can grow your height to your full potential?? 

Wondering if u can increase height naturally 

Before starting I would like to tell you all that, researches show that 60-80% of our height depends on our genes, but don't worry at all, focus on the positive side, that 20-40% of ourououro  Here's the most simple and easy ways by which you can gain your height to your full potential, by which I mean adding 2-3 inches to your height. 

  1. POSTURE

This is the most important and key factor towards your height growth. You always need to keep an upright posture all the time, because streching of your spinal cord is required for height growth. 

So, no slouching while sitting or standing or anywhere. This will surely help into your height growth. 

2.  PHYSICAL ACTIVITY 

Our height mostly depends on our genes but even then, some environmental factors such as physical activity, affect our height growth pretty dominantly. So, if u have are a bit less taller than others u can surely reach your desired goals by increasing your physical activity. 

You should engage in activities, that include stretching of your full body, like basketball, swimming, badminton skipping etc. 

3. NUTRITION

Nutrition plays an important role towards increasing your height. You will need to have a balanced diet , rich in calcium and minerals. Now, as most of our bones are made up of calcium, so you need to have calcium rich diet for bone growth. Now, what foods to eat so that our calcium intake is fulfilled? Here are some suggestions :-

  • Lotus Seeds ( Makhaane)
  • Roasted Black Grams ( Bhuna Chana)
  • Dairy Products ( Milk, cheese etc.)

4. SLEEP

Belive me my friends, this is the most important factor for height growth. This is because the pituitary gland present in our body, secrete HGH ( Human Growth Hormones) while we are asleep, in large quantities. So you need to have 7-9 hours of quality sleep daily which will surely contribute towards your height growth in the end. 

5. BONUS TIP

30 minutes before going to bed, take a glass of milk and add 1tspn of Ashwagandha Churan, this will help u in having a good sleep which will increase your HGH( Human Growth Hormones).
