How To Handle Anger Issues!!

Hii, how you all doing? So today's topic is very important and is experienced by me as well.

Well we all struggle with angee issues some have tendency to control it while some show it at every action they don't like…

I'm myself short tempered so I have heard many times to control ur anger because it is not good for u to be short tempered in public.. people judge you very quickly and get an idea of what kind of person you are by seeing how you react to even the smallest things getting provoked easily.

So here are few tips that is personally helping me to control my anger:

1- When u get provoked at some point of time close your eyes or look somewhere else and make a tight fist and start counting from 1-5 with calm breaths you will see how it starts to calm you down before reacting.

2- Try listening to some good musics I will suggest some soothing and calm ones make a playlist of this when irritated or annoyed you can listen to them, it will help you to calm at that time.

3- Try going for some walk especially to parks that fresh air and beautiful nature will help you calm down, try enduring how far you have come in life that will bring some good memories from your childhood or the most you endure.

4- Try running, cycling, exercising.. swear this helps.( If not sporty well will give ur points as well, I have covered every other way which will help everyone.)

5- Not all are athletes but still mediation and yoga won't harm guys start paying attention to your health it's needed in this fast running world one must keep themselves healthy atleast for 5 mins doing meditation won't harm. I do that myself in train while traveling from home to college or vice versa.

6- Well here people do like sketching it's like a medicine for them, so yes u can try that because I have a friend of mine's who loves drawing or sketching she herself suggested me to do this as it makes you concentrated towards one thing only and helps you to be at peace.( I don't like sketching much but yess after others reviews I'm sure it will help as well)

7-  Try talking to your home plants tell them about your day, you may not know but they have strong affection towards humans as well we must appreciate every moment that we get to share with our nature, along with this try atleast to plant two saplings on special occasions in once a year it won't harm rather it will make you feel happy and light and this will help out environment as well.

In the end, would say one can't help when they are angry so please don't judge people too quickly based how they react to things some have the tendency to not get provoked while others don't… and the people with short temper must try these points as these points are personally analysed by me and with my people who face the same issue.
