We all have stress but ,at some extent and if the symptoms becomes regular,it will lead to the depression. Many of us don't identify stress,they are certain symptoms which we need to recognize for the better manage of stress. The common signs of stress are sudden change in their behaviour, eating too much or too low,feeling lonely etc and prolong stress behaviour can lead to heart diseases, hormonal imbalances etc therefore we need to alert and manage our stress. I want to share some strategies that helped me to get out of the stress hope it may help you.
Examine yourself : You need to spent atleast 2 mins of your time to think about your whole day like how was my day..do I feel happy??..why I am not happy now??. The best practice of this startegy is talk infront of mirror…Every question has an answer ,in the same way every problem has a solution ,just be relaxed and try your best. You cannot achieve anything by just being stressed right!.. so just chill and enjoy your present and put your effort.I say it again you need to put your complete effort to achieve.
2.Focus on the ultimate result :
The ultimate result means your final destination. Let me explain you with the small example . If their is a cricket match the ultimate result of this situation is to win the match. The first ball can be six or it may a four else ,it may be out. Suppose if it is out then this is the situation where we feel stress because what we expect did not happen their but think once what is our end result…it is to win the match right!.. we still have chance to win the match, so whenever you feel stressed just think about the ultimate purpose of your goal or of our life and move on.
3.learn time management:Most8 of the people stressed because of incompletion of their tasks .Hence if you learn how to manage your time ,you can reduce half of your stress .Let me help you , first note down all the thinks you remember that you should complete this day like exam preparation, project management, mailing to your boss etc then divide them into two categories the most important and important. First try to complete the most important one and then think about the second category. Try to convince others to help you in completion of your work. Stay focused on what ever you do,because focus can reduce the time of completion.
4.Handlenegative thoughts: To handle negative thoughts just think about the probability of the positive. Like if your preparing for an exam ,the first negative thought that we get is what happens if we dont qualify this exam…. Now think about the positive that means what are the efforts you have done this exam,or what will happen of I qualified for the exam… in that way if you modify our thoughts we can easily manage our stress.
That's all just remember one think LIFE IS LIKE A PAINTING, how much effort you put to skech it that much beautiful it look. Just give your effort and enjoy your wonderful life.
