Tips To Stay Healthy 💪During Pandemic (Covid-19)

Proper nutrition and hydration are very important. People who eat a well balanced diet tend to have a strong immune system and safe from causing diseases. So you must eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to keep your immune system strong. Must drink enough water and keep your body hydrated. Excercising regularly and eating healthy foods keep immune system strong. Avoid foods that are high in salt and sugar because it is not good for health. Get adequate sleep and don't take stress. Take steps to avoid Infection like washing hands frequently and maintain hygiene.

Maintain social distancing and stay at home. Patients like weakened immune system are more likely to tested positive for COVID-19. Don't go outside without wearing mask and use sanitizer when required. Avoid eating out, eat at home to avoid contact with other people. Eat fresh food instead of snacks and soft drinks.Eating proper food, doing physical activity, taking adequate rest not Only improve overall health but also make us more strong to fight against COVID-19. 

 Stress is the main cause affecting the mental health of people during these pandemic. As the corona virus is increasing day to day it affects the mental health of people .We must take break to reduce stress during work , it's important to take break if you sit for   most of the day. And try to walk at home only for 5-10 minutes . Take deep breathing , relax your muscles, eat well, make time for hobbies, etc to reduce your stress level.  

Physical activity also plays an important role to keep your immune system strong and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Physically active individual usually live longer than physically inactive people. Inactivity of body causes high blood pressure,  high cholesterol, etc . Physical activity of body reduces stress and anxiety in our body. It also helps to manage the weight of our body which is very necessary to stay healthy and fit. It reduces health risk and prevent us from number of diseases. Physical activity also improves bone and muscle strength. 

Healthy food is one of the importance factor to live a healthy life. Vitamin c play a vital role in these situation.  Doctor also suggested to take omega 3  fatty acid . 

Drinking a lot of water is not enough to prevent from corona virus. It is necessary to take warm water to stay healthy. Habits like smoking and taking alcohol must be discarded as it cause several health problems. Steam inhalation is also effective to prevent from corona virus.
