" Life Is Struggle:- Succes Key

I believe that your life is the sum total of your thoughts and beliefs about life. If you were taught that life will be a struggle, every experience you have will be framed within this thought. Instead of being open-minded about what life has in store for you, you will automatically be waiting for bad things to happen. Of course, bad things happen, but we can anticipate negative events, waiting for them to happen; This is called a self-fulfilling prophecy. Machiavelli is the philosopher of choice for people who fight. Typical sayings such as "it's a world of dogs eat dogs" or "you get nothing for nothing" suggest an attitude of negativity. many people do not realize how much their thinking affects the quality of their life. I am not saying that life is always easy, life is a challenge. When we fight against the natural rhythms of life, we create resistance and opposition and this is what leads to struggle.

 

With fighting there is no joy and there is seldom a reward. In fact, for some people, the fight is the reward. They are a bit lost without him. There is comfort in what you know. They fight for life sacrificing their own needs and falling to bed exhausted every night. They justify this sad existence by saying things like "this is life." I've had incredibly successful clients but at the same time completely miserable. They hate what they do and what they have become. Often this is what they expected. "This is life. Yo have to go ahead ".

 

If you think life is meant to be a struggle, ask yourself how this belief helps you. Does it make you happier? I doubt it. If it creates unnecessary struggle and stress for you, you are in the majority. As adults, many of us are passing the stressful struggle on to our children.

 

To do

 

1) Identify the struggle in your life.

 

Is the fight a programmed response in your life? You may be responding negatively to life without even realizing it. Forcing yourself to be a certain way or do a certain job because "this is life" will never promote happiness.

 

2) Increase pleasure and fun.

 

look for beauty everywhere. It could be the singing of birds or the sun shining. Treat yourself frequently. Plan a day every now and then to do nothing or do what you love to do.

 

3) don't be so serious
 

you laugh. See the fun side of life. Laughter releases endorphins and relieves pain while boosting your immune system.
