Workout is necessary for everyone to give proper shape to our body and make muscles and to get proper posture and shape. 

  • Types of workouts
  1. Chest workout
  2. Shoulder workout
  3. Back workout
  4. Legs workout
  5. Cardio
  • Best time for workout

Best time for workout is morning time because in morning you feel good and get fresh air. You can go in park or open gym for exercise.

You'll do yoga in early morning and hire a trainer for better results

And you also go to gym for muscle building 

When you are a beginner so you can do easy exercise from video tutorials from youtube or follow different fitness pages on Instagram 

  • Diet 

Diet is important for muscle building as much as exercise.

Without proper diet you can't make muscles and your dream body 

You need to take take proper amount of protein , carbohydrates , fats vitamins and minerals

You can take both veg and non-veg as your meal. You can eat 2 banana 20-25 min before the exercise as a pre workout meal.

And after workout you can take protein supliment and your natural diet .If you are Vegetarian you can eat pulses , soyabean , milk and other dairy products. And if you are non vegetarian you can eat lots of things like chicken breast , fish , ham , beaf and eggs.

  • Better sleep 

Sleep is also important for growth of muscles. An average man take 8-9 hours of sleep in a day. Good quality sleep leds to improve your mental health and physical health too. When we break down our muscles during workout and then we sleep so our muscles start recovering and build better than before so always take a good sleep after workout daily.

  • Exercise routine 

never perform full body workout daily always divide your workout in 6 days according to your body parts like train your legs on Monday , train your shoulder on Tuesday , on Wednesday train your back etc and you also take suggestions from your trainer.

Always remember that a fit body is healthy body and hapy body so never compromise with your health and perform physical exercise daily. When you are fit you can do anything but when your body is not fit so you can't do some activities and miss the adventures of your life. 

So always stay fit and make your love ones fit . Eat healthy drink healthy and stay healthy for long life 💪
