Hi everyone goodmorning welcome to another blog in this blog we talk about how you control your anger if you have a habit of angry over little things and using foul language inadvertently to anyone without thinking of its consquences that would make you regret later.By saying bad things to someone or hurting leave a scar in some one mind forever.So it is important for us to analyse the situation before we come to a conclusion.
The first and foremost thing to control your anger is expressing yourself in order to get rid of the frustation for example if you have a flair of writing or painting then express in your writing what is most frustrating things you confront on the daily basis and then think about it we need follow your actions in order to come to the conclusion if you are not happy about somebody behaviour write it ona diary likewise you draw the images haunt you most whatever you feel just blurt it out on a piece of paper in this way you reacted to each person who criticized or said something wrong about you.
The second important thing to understand the problem reason of your anger how you understand the reason of your problem and answer is while doing the the work of your own choice like writing or painting you will soon discover you are throwing something at them.means you realise that moment anger was in their power not yours which was difficult for you to understand earlier and getting angry all along without any reason.Each bad vocable you utter earlier becoming the poison as a result people try to avoid and others they did well for themselves so try to choose not to speak about your irrational behaviour. In this stage you realize that where you made a mistake .
Third way to control your anger by thinking happy thoughts divert your mind from that situation treating everyone with love for example somebody criticize you or say anything bad dont react all of a sudden take a deep breath count 20 to twenty before you react or jump to conclusion .soon will notice that your paintings or writing show a less of anger and more of postive things around you.you start reacting towards thing in a postive way.
By following these 3 steps you can control your anger controlling anger could be possible if you are committed to it.
