OEfRnO One of the sentiments a large number of us are encountering during the current Covid pandemic is loneliness. In our joined endeavors to remain safe and save lives, our typical methods of seeing family, companions or simply natural appearances have been placed on hold.

What to do if you are feeling lonely

Have a go at calling a companion, relative, wellbeing expert or instructor to discuss your sentiments.

Join an online gathering or class that centers around something you appreciate – that could be anything from an online exercise class, book club and so on

Consider taking short strolls in broad daylight places (while keeping a two meter distance).

This is a difficult and at times desolate time, however it will pass. There will be heaps of embraces, shared pots of tea, gatherings and festivities later on. For the time being, how about we be pretty much as kind as conceivable to ourselves as well as other people.

Helping others who might need be experiencing loneliness

-         Rekindle relationships with friends and family

-         Foster an animal in need

-         Grow some greens

  You cannot be lonely if you have learned to love the person you are alone with.🙂
