Yes, one should drink two glasses of either normal water or warm water as soon as you wake up. Water in the morning has wonderful benefits for your body which we will discuss in today's blog. As you know our body is made up of 60% water and all major functions are possible only because of water such as :
Transportation of nutrients :- Water helps in circulation of blood and blood carries nutrients so water aids in carrying nutrients to all parts of body.
Helps in lubrication :- Our joints needs lubrication for proper functioning and water helps in restoring the lustre for smooth working and saliva which helps in transfer of food from mouth to oesophagus is also made up mostly of water.
Now let us know the health benefits of drinking water early in the morning
HEALTH SKIN :- Do you know the secret behind Japanese women flawless skin , it is they have a ritual of drinking water on an empty stomach immediately after waking up early in the morning as water hydrates your skin and give it natural radiance and glow . So if you are looking forward to having that natural glow on your skin start with drinking one glass of water and than gradually increasing it to 2 glasses make sure to drink within 15 minutes of waking up.
HELPS IN REMOVING TOXINS FROM YOU BODY : - As soon as you will drink two glasses of water early in the morning you will need to run to the washroom to clear your bowels and thus water is useful in removal of toxins from the body . With changing lifestyle nowadays people generally face problem of constipation and if they want to get rid of constipation they should drink warm water early in the morning and they will see amazing results and will feel energetic and full of positivity.
