Those who grew up in 90's I bet they might have been living with best memories of childhood. The bitter-sweet memories of our childhood is evergreen which today's kid will never understand.
We the 90's kid, have so many stories to share. Whether if it's about schools, occasions, family functions, friends living in the next door. It was fun.
In schools, the whole class used to get punishment because of that one or two student talking. Whenever we forget our assignments, we used to get imposition. In schools, the best part was assembly and PT period. One of us was a assembly leader to check the line, if the student were in proper uniform with their identity cards, nails checking, whether shoes have been polished or not. Another leader was a class monitor. Being a class monitor was in next level. I mean, writing names of students who were talking, complaining to teacher every time. The other was bench leader . Bench leader used to check our notes, assignments, if we are copying in tests/ exams, who used to collect our homework and submit to our teacher.
Cultural programs in school were so much fun. We used to get ladoo on occasion like Republic Day, Teachers day etc, cake on Christmas etc. Celebrating birthday in schools was our special day.
After the school bell rings, returning to home was joy. After having our snacks, after finishing homework, we used to go to neighbours to call our friends. We used to play in. mud, we used to go for cycling in streets, we used to play many indoor/outdoor activity.
We had no much access or were into devices so much. But this pandemic has ruined the school life of children. Even before pandemic, today's kids have become so mature that some of them aren't aware of the real fun and the memories one should have. The 20's kid today have been and are living in a digital world. They grew up so fast and have become mature early. Some kids of today are getting expert in various fields like makeup, cooking, baking, styling, acting, making videos etc; some find mobile games more better than 90's games. They are so keen and into mobiles and computers too much that they don't like to chill out or play games like the 90's. It's good that they are following the trends, exploring and learning but what about the innocence they have lost early? Innocence once lost in childhood makes life less meaningful and with limited memories.
