                                              “Body shaming”

You know what's worse? BODY SHAMING… From ancient times till now this insane act has been continuing. It's important to bring a change in the society.

Body shaming

Ask a question to self , “are we perfect?”  No. Nobody is perfect. Everyone are different and unique in their own way. By body shaming others, we are affecting someone's image, mental health and risking their life too. Mental health is important

To be honest, I have been body shamed throughout my life. People always commented that I was dusky, skinny , skeleton, stick, who will marry you? and what not? I used to cry alot. It was hurting. It was affecting me too much. In earlier days it bothered me too much. We can't shut everybody's mouth ! 

Useless comments

As I got matured enough I realised “people with low self esteem always comment on others”. For sure, they need to have filter in their mouth. I stopped listening to others. I started loving myself. I embraced myself , my flaws and accepted the way I was. I changed to an extent that it doesn't bother me still if people still comment on my body. 

Bothering their comments seriously will cause harm to self. It's better to bring change to self for our happiness, for our betterment, for our peace and not for the sake of others. Stop body shaming ourself. Seeing us free & happy in ourself is enough for the people to shut their mouths. 

People will always find ways to push you down. No matter how good you are , how kind you are , how hardworking or how popular you are; people will still mock you down, will judge based on your looks, gender, work , your circle etc. 

There are many people suffering from mental illness, hating themselves, feeling insecure, going though a lot but you all know why? because not everybody are strong enough to handle such shameful comments.They feel so weak, over-stressed, so insecure that they find hard to love themselves; they try to become what they don't want to be. 

We can “Stop Bullying" by accepting others just the way we accept ourselves. Be friendly, be good, be kind…Be someone's sunshine. Your attitude defines your personality. Always feel grateful and blessed for everything you have in you life.

May be somewhere, at some point your kindness may bring change to the surrounding, to the people who are suffering through this bully. Share positivity and spread smiles. Peace ✌️
