We are all in a generation where we think being awake late in light is cool? but is that even true? Do we really need to be cool on the stake of our health?
We all are a social media generation where if given choices between sleep and spending time on Instagram for no reason just scrolling, what do you think we will choose? Well, the answer is obvious. Many of us would choose Instagram scrolling.
But I guess we are unaware of the consequences of this choice we made. We are unaware that we are choosing dark circles, depression, and sadness over health.
We all know how important it is to have at least 8 hours of sleep. This helps us to be active throughout the day and just keep our health in check.
Social media is not just ruining the beautiful reality of people but also heading them towards a sad and unhappy life. Filters available have made it easier. Because we are seeing some beautiful people over the internet and then we compare ourselves with them without even knowing the reality or the background of them. We don't even know what the hell they must be going through to look this way on social media.
The content creators we see on social media confess every then and now that their sleep cycle is not really good. The competition to be the best content creator or create content that is good enough to hold their followers keeps them awake. And then the feeling of insecurity and all get a hold on them.
They fight every day to get out of this situation. They try to get out of these situations.
Now, let us imagine how easy it would be for them to feel the refreshment and being more active about the content they want to write or think if instead of waking all night they take a good sleep and get up with a fresh mind and then do their work. Won't it be great?
So, everyone out there don't compromise with your sleep for anything. This is a necessity and you cannot avoid it? Of course, you have the choice of choosing what you want but just one thing, be aware of what you will be losing after avoiding the nessecity.
