Ayurveda is a natural healing science that originated in india more than 5000 years ago.

Ayurveda is not only a diet. it is an evidance based healing system focused on prevention of disease and promotion positive health through the balance mind, body, and surrounding environment.

the ayurvedic diet is an eating pattern that's been around for thousands of years.

it is based on the principle of medicine of ayurveda and mainly focuses and balanced the energy within your body. which said to be improve health.

Ayurvedic diet provides personalised recommendations about which foods to eat and which avoid based on your body Language.

ayurveda believe there are 3 different types of energy patterns is called doshas, which can be balanced by the way we eat.There are varying proportion of each dosha. Generally with one or two in dominance. our natural dominant is dosha, which we are born with, shows how, or who, we are in most healthy balanced state.

The theory of tridosha forms from the basis of ayurveda. ayurveda have very vast history over the many years. it can understands the complexities of human body. the best part of tri doshas is it can help you to make the right choices for good food, and best lifestyle and it even based on your prakriti.  

  1. VATA (Air and ether)- The people with dominant vata are considered creative, active, and very bright. they walk, talk and think very fast than others, vata has usually light body frame, and may suffer from gastrointestinal problems like bloating and constipation. vata dosha maintains electrolyte balance and movement.
  2. PITTA (fire and water)- Pittas are intelligent but they are short tempered. They usually have medium build with a halthy appetite. they have good digestion and have good digestion. pitta dosha is controls hunger and thirst, and body temperature.
  3. KAPHA (earth and water)- Kaphas are very known for the good stamina, sharp mind, intelligence and strength.they are sweet and grounded. kaphas are often larger framed with a slow body metabolism. kapha dosha promots joint function.

Ayurvedic diet plan can determine your dominant dosha and eating specific foods to promotes balance between all three doshas (Tri Dosha).

Ayurveda is science of everyday life. So, here that you can easily simplify the ayurvedic concept of tridoshas.
