How are you all ? Hope that every thing is fine over there. So let's start with today's talk….

We all have heard this thousands and thousands times that we all must love ourselves more than any thing, but do we do that?

Actually here, every one would say yes, so tell me one thing why do you ask how we look to others when we get ready ? Why does it even matter what others think of us. If we would have loved our selves more than enough then it would not even matter to us how are we dress. 

Have you gone on a coffee ☕ date with yourself or just with your boyfriend or girlfriend? I can bet 98% would have never gone alone. Just keep your hand on your heart and ask your self would anyone have done face mask routine or exercises to loose weight or diet if you could have been accepted for what you are ? I guess no one have . 

This days diets priority is to loose weight not to be healthy,  exercise priority is to not gain weight or be in shape - which ultimately comes on how you look not for increasing muscles strength. 

I am not saying that exercises are bad, or diets are not good, I just want to tell the reasons of  why we are exercising or having diet or putting on make up, having so much trouble is wrong. We must diet to stay healthy.  Not every fat person is unhealthy.  And actually in today's world as there is so much advancement in medical field that it looks no normal  human being is left fit..😅

Ohh okay… jokes apart coming back , we must need to change our “ why ” of everything we are doing because this why matters the most,  this why shows a lot about your metal health.  

There are two sides of everything.  Deep down no girl wants to put make up regularly and get pimples and to hide them again put make up, yeah we do love make up but not always we girls do look good even without it. Same applies for boys 👦,  they do look good even without six packs abs , or big biceps 💪 and all. Let's take example of our mother 👩does she always puts on make and roam in the house 🏠 , when she doesn't put make up does she look ugly why not to include our sister ? Do she looks so bad without make  up 😳, that you judge them no we never do , then why for other girls aren't they mother or sister of some one else same applies to boys , how many of our father are having 6 packs abs and biceps,  mine don't (and he is still most handsome hero in my life, same will be for you all) do we hate them???

It really breaks 💔 my heart seeing people doing things just because of some irrelevant reasons 😔,  love yourselves enough to say no , don't diet if you don't want , there are many people out there who would even love you even if you are of plus size , don't exercise just to fit in a dress , exercise to make our muscles strong , execute because you love it , not for another reason 

Let's love ourselves enough 💕, to keep our selves more happy and more healthy…..
