Here is my new Blog about the eggs which is enriched source of protein, calcium and many vitamins and nutrients.
                 Introduction 
Eggs are versatile food, are a power packed superfood with many benefits.Eggs come in all shapes and forms and are great to add to almost any diet. They can be added to almost any recipe and add a lot of good nutrition to your body. Eggs are excellent source of nutrients, including vitamin B2, low levels of fat and cholesterol, and high levels of protein. They are a source of cholesterol and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E. These nutrients keep the body healthy.Our memory Is controlled by a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine, which is synthesized from important nutrient called choline. Luckily, eggs are full of choline, which are responsible for building and preparing cell membranes in the brain, which will help you think more clearly.
             White and yellow part in eggs 


A single chicken egg contains all the nutrition necessary to form a baby chick, some differences between the two components of a whole egg: the white and the yolk. The white part of the egg called albumen which supplies the embryo with water and protects it from viruses, bacteria, and even predators forms around the yolk later, provide cushioning between the embryo and the protective shell. Egg whites are also cholesterol-free, low-calorie and contain the greatest percentage of an egg’s protein or 57 percent.While yolk is the yellow part of the egg, provide most of the nutrition for the embryo and get its color from plant pigments in the hen’s food. Egg yolks contain most of the fat, proteins, and essential nutrients.
                            Vitamin D in eggs 
 

Vitamin D deficiency is a common world wide problem.About 1 billion people, 50% of the population has vitamin D deficiency.It may cause issues in bones and muscles. Food that naturally have some vitamin D they are egg yolks, cod liver oil, rainbow trout cow liver and fatty fish such as salmon, tuna and sardines.
Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and maintaining bone health. Eggs prevent you from developing vitamin D deficiency, and helps to improve your brain function. This vitamin is known for regulating the immune system and providing our body with the feel-good hormone. Some studies found that higher vitamin D levels lead to calmer feelings, and those without the vitamin are more prone to developing depression. 
                  Consumption of eggs 


A person should aim to eat a balanced diet with lots of variety, rather than focusing on any individual food as a key to good health.Egg is an important source of dietary cholesterol. There are two types of cholesterol are low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL). "Good" HDL cholesterol appears to reduce levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol. Eating an egg a day may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, major coronary events, hemorrhagic stroke, ischemic in heart and stroke a disease.
Whole egg or egg white 


While you're looking for protein and supplements on a low-carb diet pick entire eggs over egg whites. Entire eggs have an extremely low-calorie food.Fact is that they contain a greater number of calories from fat than they do from protein.
