1. Insomnia: It is a dissatisfaction with sleep, characterized by difficulty in falling asleep, maintaining that sleep and going back to sleep after awakening at night. It includes the frequency of 3 times a week for at least 3 months.

6. Sleep Terrors: The episodes of sleep terrors are usually initiated by loud scream with extreme panic and intense fear.
The patient may show signs like tachycardia (increased heartbeats), tachypnea (increased breathing rate) or diaphoresis (excessive sweating of hands).
These patients are usually very violent as they run around and hit themselves into things or also hurt people around them leading to injuries. And the worst part is that there is complete amnesia for these activities.
