We have so many responsibilities in life, where we forget our own physical and mental health which is part and parcel of our responsibilities. Sometimes things may go out of control, it's quite common and there is no need to freak out. Stabilize yourself first and then the problem. Remember that mental health is like a bridge to a blissful life.
When you're not connected to your inner self you may feel low at times when things go out of your control. Words like depression come into play for many when they're low. Depression is nothing but feeling void as if there is no purpose in life. But the main purpose of life is all about living it to the fullest with lots of happiness, it's not about the success or luxuries or accessories you run behind.
A depressed mind can have multiple feelings like anxiety, fear, sadness, aggressive, arrogance, emptiness, guilt, misery, restlessness, hopelessness, helplessness, loneliness, and whatnot. In such a state hope is one main thing that disappears with depression. Always remember that there is nothing like a big problem/suffering or small problem/suffering. Never hesitate to talk to someone or tell someone whenever you're feeling low or depressed. The only reason behind that is hope, a hope that you may find someone who understands what you are going through.
Many people across the globe usually don't care about the conditions of others, until and unless it doesn't affect them in any way. Always remember that we are all here to love each other, help each other, and lift each other. No matter what, let's be together and break down the stigma of depression. Forget about Log kya kahenge? What will people say?
Life is always unexpected or not as planned. Try to explore new things in life, don't be afraid of failures. If there are any failures let them be blissful failures. Try to change the perception of many people that miseries must be given more attention than joy. Instead pay more attention to joyful things than miseries, which helps a lot in becoming a better person.
Don't take life for granted. Be thankful for every possible little thing in life. Do you know by the time you complete reading this there may be some 'N' deaths. The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that each year approximately one million people die from suicide, which represents a global mortality rate of 16 people per 100,000 or one death every 40 seconds.
