Chicken Kathi Roll, Keep Support

Today I am going to tell you about a delicious 🤤🤤 snacks recipe. This moonsoon time you can enjoy with your family, friends in tea time. This roll stuffed have chicken with some vegetable and spices.
Lets start our recipe,
INGREDIENTS
FOR STUFFING / FILLING
- 1 piece of boneless chicken breast
- ½ piece of green bell papper
- ½ piece of yellow bell papper
- ½ piece of red bell papper
- 1 big size of onion
- 2½ inch of ginger
- 10 piece of garlic cloves pieces
- 3 piece of green chilli
- Some of coriander leaf
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp of Kashmiri chilly powder
- ⅓ tsp of cummin powder
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- ⅓ tsp of coriander powder
- 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce
- ⅓ tsp of vinegar
- Chat masala for spring on roll
- 2 no. Of egg
- Sunflower oil
FOR ROLL / SHEET
- 2 cup of refind flour
- 1 no. Of egg
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- Water as per need
METHOD
- For dough making, take a bowl put all ingredients ( flour, egg, salt, sugar, s oil, and water) mix togather and make a soft dough.
- Take boneless chicken and cut the Julienne , keep in a bowl.
- Clean the all bell papper, onion , and ginger. Then cut all item in Julienne style. Keep aside in bowl.
- Then chopped garlic cloves finely.
- Green chilly also cut into Julienne style.
- Wash coriander leaf, chopped finely.
- Now, Take a fry pan, put some oil and wait for heat.
- Add Julienne chicken saute it spring some salt, cooked till chicken full cook. Take it from fry pan keep in a bowl.
- In same fry pan put some oil again, let it be heat.
- Then add garlic chop, ginger Julian. Saute it till getting golden colour.
- Then add all cutting vegetable except coriander leaf, saute it, and cook for 2 min.
- Now add all spices, saute it, cook for another 15 sec.
- After add vinegar, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce, mix well, cook in medium flame.
- At last add ready chicken, cook another 30 sec.
- Add coriander leaf, mix well, turn off the flame.
- Keep aside.
- Now make a roti boll. From dough.
- And roll it like chappati, but size is big from chappati.
- sheet Cook in tawa. Cook till both get golden brown colour.
- Now 2 no. of egg break in a bowl, bit it.
- Put some oil on tawa, then put egg,
- Now put ready sheet on egg, cooked nicely.
- Take it out, sheet put on a plate,spring some chat masala, add your ready fillings and roll it.
- Butter papper cover on roll.
- Now cut from center, make ½ of roll.
- Now your Kathi Roll is ready to eat
- You can serve with, mint chutney or tomato sauce.
- Enjoy with snacks time.
