Men and women all over the world have different beauty standards through which they divide whether someday is beautiful or not. There are actually symbolic practice and commitments of many tribal communities around the world that they define as beauty standards.

  1. CROOKED TEETH in Japan: In every corner of the world, having straight white teeth is considered as a Beauty standard. That is why it is  very important to have a beautiful million dollar smile and people also spend a lot of money in order to get that perfect smile . But in one part of the world, people spend money in order to get their teeth crooked. Many young women in Japan have been following a process called β€œ yaeba”  which means ( double teeth)since many years . Same amount is spent to make a teeth crooked as it is spent to make it straight. Normally this procedure is done in only two three teeth. It is believed that after doing this procedure, a woman looks less intimidating or less perfect which is more attractive to men. This procedure is famous not only in Japan but also in US with the name teeth smaggling, teeth crowning or fangs.
  2. Ageyosal in South Korea:  South koreans are obsessed with looking perfect and beautiful at all times.  They are famous for their crystal clear skin. Other than their skin care routine koreans are obsessed with looking cute and for that they undergo a surgery called ageyosal means baby fat eyebags. In this procedure fat is injected inside the eyebags because of which the eyes of these women look beautiful and cute. In the case of korean women their eyes are already very small, so by doing this procedure their face looks fuller, cute and more attractive.
  3. Foot Binding in China: Foot Binding was very important part of Chinese Culture. But around the 1940's this was actually banned. Foot Binding was inspired by a tenth century dancer whose name was Yao Niang who tied her feet and binded them in a new moon shape after this act people noticed that Yao Niang's moves had changed. Her walking style relied more on her thighs and her buttocks for support because of this fact a different angle was attached to foot Binding and ladies from those time who had time and courage started following this tradition but this practice was eventually banned owing to it's harmful and painful impact .
