However, we,Indians love all the colours and moulds of nature except that volcanic vivacious fiery form of nature. Yes,I am talking about summer. Being in the tropical country,summer signifies to us only scorching sun and the unwanted tans on the skin. But Mother Nature is always abundant in giving us her soulful blessings through each and every season. Today, I am going to discuss about some benifits of the season summer.
Our body gets a great exposure to Vitamin D during this season. We know that sun ray is the natural source of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is very crucial in building the immunity power of our body.
