Another Insight-covid 19

Facebook has become a living embodiment of crisis. Everyone is crying for help, for oxygen, for treatment. This corona virus has another adverse effect on the covid positive patient and his or her family, that is social boycott. India is running a great shortage of oxygen and vaccine as well. The active cases are increasing day by day. The shriek, the pain of losing the dear ones are so vivid in the present scenario.

Yet amidst this trial times, many positive things are happening around us if we go for a deep reflection. The international alignment and universal brotherhood come into effect when we witness that other countries are supplying the oxygen cylinders during this crisis of India. Pakistan, USA and many other countries are assuring their help whenever it is needed. And here the sense of nationalism is being merged with the positive vibes of internationalism.

However, besides this, many NGOs and other organisations are trying to provide their best help. Some are providing food to the Covid positive patients and their family. Others are trying to supply their medicines and regular necessities as per their need. Covid helplines are their for providing proper guidance to the patients. Many organisations are active to distribute enough masks to the rural area and try to make them aware of hygiene. Sanitiser is being given to the rickshaw puller, auto drives. Most importantly, everyone is stretching their hands to contribute in their own way when the nation is in utter crisis.

Many people are contributing through Google pay whenever the help is demanded. Though our country is fighting a tough time battle, our doctors, nurses and other medical assistants being the frontline warriors, this overwhelming picture of fellow feeling and empathy is resurrecting the sense of hope even in this deep darkness of covid era. We may not be able to be with each other  physically, but our prayers, enough precautions,a little contribution will surely give a push to our country to emerge victorious against this deadly virus.

This situation also brings out the poorer infrastructure related to our health sector. It is showing a clear picture of the derailed sights where improvements are needed. Our Government must invest more money into health sector. Because heath and education are the backbones of any nation. Therefore, even if we are apart physically, we are together emotionally sympathetically to surpass this pathetic phase. It shall pass too and it will. I would like to conclude with those beautiful lines-

“ We'll walk hand in hand, We'll walk hand in hand / We'll walk hand in hand someday/ Oho, deep in my heart,I do believe/ We shall overcome someday.”
