Popular Probiotics Food From Different Area

Hlo Friends, In today's blog we know about some probiotic food that is quite popular in their area.

Probiotics food is beneficial for the intestine and stomach.

Probiotics drinks

  1. Probiotics Lemon water- I know you all heard about lemon water but probiotics lemon water is slightly different. This is very beneficial for gut health. It is made of lemon juice, water, Martha, and brown sugar by the fermentation process.
  2. Buttermilk- Buttermilk is a popular drink of the summer season in India. Many Good bacteria are present in this which are beneficial for gut health. This is made of yogurt, cumin powder, salt, and water.
  3. Kanji- This is also very beneficial for health. Daily consumption of kanji makes a strong immune system. this is made of beetroot, carrot, water, salt, and Black mustard.
  4. Apple Cider vinegar - Raw apple cider vinegar is best for health. It is made of raw apple cider, Apple juice, water, and cinnamon.

Let's talk about some other probiotic food.

Kombucha- Kombucha is a fermented and slightly alcoholic product that is made of yeast, sugar, and Black tea.

Miso- this is a thick paste that is made of fermented soybean with salt, koji, and sometimes rice. Koji is a fungus whose name is aspergillus oryzae.

Sauerkruat- this is finely cut raw cabbage which is fermented by lactic acid bacteria. This is a very long shelf life fully cured sauerkruat keeps for several months.

Kimchi- Nowadays Korean tradition is very popular so I hope you all heard about kimchi in k- drama or somewhere else 😃. Yes, you think right kimchi is Korean traditional food which is made of various vegetables. Generally, kimchi is made of Chinese cabbage, reddish, carrots, onions, and various types of spices by the process of fermentation.

Pazhaiyasoru- this is none other than fermented rice. This is prepared by adding the water to cooked rice and incubating it overnight after that add buttermilk and salt then directly consume it.

Mesu-  this is mainly prepared in the Himalayan region especially Assam and Sikkim area. This is made of fermented bamboo shoots. Main ingredients of mesu are bamboo shoots, spices, and other vegetables. And this is made by the fermentation process.

Gundruk- this is made by fermentation of rayo saag leaves, mustard or cauliflower leaves.

Natto- it is traditional Japanese food that is made of fermented natto soybean.

Rather than that there are many probiotics food like Tempe, gopalkala, etc. Which you can use. They are not just tasty also give you many health benefits and will be strengthening your immune system.
