How To Sought Out A Stuffed-up Brain?

Our mind gets stuck sometimes as someone has clicked the pause button. We can't understand what is going on around us. So many queries pop into our mind like: Am I doing the thing I need to do? Is this the purpose of my life? Who Am I actually? Does the way of my thinking benefit me? How to get to a better position in my career? So many thoughts wandering in our minds and we don't know how to come out of this web of thoughts. We can't think forward or even find a solution to any problem.

Being mindful is different from being a mind full.

I have read this quote recently, it says  - being mindful (i.e, clear about everything in life and achieving peace) is different from being a mind full (i.e, full of thoughts and full of conflicts). Thus analyzing whether you are a mindful person or a mind full person is very important.

HOW TO SOUGHT OUT A STUFFED-UP BRAIN?

*First, write down all those random thoughts on paper. Put each and every silly thought without thinking much while writing, just keep writing whatever pops into your mind.

*Now let us sought out these thoughts into two categories:

  1. Thoughts that are under our control.
  2. Thoughts that are not under our control.

Thoughts that are not under control are those regarding the future, spiritual stuff, other's behavior towards you and thoughts regarding the result to a test, etc. These things can't be changed by us and we need not waste our time thinking about them.

By doing this classification we can eliminate 50% of our thoughts that come under the second category. Thoughts that can't be altered by us have to be washed out from our brains. Strike all those thoughts that are not under our control.

*Then let us sought out the first category of thoughts that are under our control, we have to redivide this category into two sections:

  1. Thoughts regarding us.
  2. Thoughts regarding other people.

When we are stuffed up with many thoughts, we need to prioritize ourselves than give importance to others. Let us sought out conflicts only and only regarding us which doesn't involve other people while solving them. By doing this other 25% of your brain is freed up.

*Now your brain is no more stuffed up, you have a clear-cut idea of solving all those issues by just spending few minutes on a paper with an open mind.

"A good sleep and a good meal also helps to lighten up your mind.

If my way of clearing stuff doesn't work for you on the first attempt, just have your favorite meal and have a good sleep and then try to do what I have said ;)

So guys just cherish life and believe me everything that happens in our life is for our growth :)
