It is not at all easy as I say, it takes lots of commitment and determination for this to happen. It seems to be exhausting in the beginning but once when it becomes a habit, you will just flow like cotton.
They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Thus, if you determine your self to follow ur schedule for 21 days straight, then your 22nd day will become a habit.
You will get exhausted mentally and physically in the first few days, as your mind got used for being unorganised and was so idiotic while using time. Thus it is a little trouble to control that monkey mind and start behaving like a monk mind.
To reduce this exhaustion, make sure to include yoga and exercise into your schedule. Don't rush things massively in the beginning itself, you may end up into disappointment. Thus gradually increase the time of your habits. For example, start with 10min of exercise and 5min meditation and then gradually increase it's time for 2-5min every week. Also focus on quality of your habit, it's just not doing it for the purpose of schedule, it is doing for your self development and mental stability which is required for the rest of the day. Meditation helps you to focus on your day with less exhaustion.
Always remember to enjoy what you do. Presence of mind is absolutely important because you need to enjoy every moment of the day with all your consciousness.
Vigorously implementing your schedule without a presence of mind will just cause extreme fatigue to your brain and it will again encourage you to procrastinate further.
Make simple and short goals in the beginning, thus completing those will boast up your confidence and will encourage your mind to enjoy organised living. This will eventually lead to become successful of what you that for.
For example, if your goal is to crack a competitive examination with huge syllabus which takes months together to complete it. Seeing this way will discourage your spirits right in the beginning itself. Thus let's break down into minor targets like one chapter a day is a target and which is absolutely easy to do it and makes your mind happy for just completing that one chapter which is a daily target and eventually you will finish your huge syllabus.
For example, I reward myself with a chocolate or ice cream every alternate day after finishing my two minor targets. This will just make my mind as happy as it can be.
Thank you guys for being till end. Hope you all a great day and successful year ahead. I wish you reach your goals with all colors you deserve.ππ
