Today I would like to share about self love. First guys we can try to understand about this self love simply, that is how much love  and affection which we have on ourselves .

Why I want to particularly mention about this self love is that, now a days many people expecting for others love whether it may in love life, family , friends or whatever may be….once they got any struggles in the relationship they suddenly fed up into deep depression or stress ,that too longing for others love and care…. Isn't it friends?  ,this would have  happen in many places.

To be frank and very simple , whatever the love and care you need ,you had within yourselves. The point when you searching for love and care ,you are undergoing all those depression and stress full moments.

Because most of them not understand this, the reason is the more you give importance and love ,care  to others you don't give to yourselves…

 if your accepting it or not, I don't know !!!!! , but guys this is the bitter truth…

So guys dont do this mistake , first show love and care towards yourselves , even when you do any mistakes , or even your life is not up to your expectations, don't curse yourselves, we hate ourselves for everything …

It's not that we are wrong for everything , it may depends on our surroundings , the stages of life we come across from childhood, and even many obstacles , through all these we got some disappointments so that we hate ourselves and we searching for others love and care…. And when it's not available there we fed into depression and wasting our time. 

Instead of saying wasting  time, my point of view is that ,the whole time which we spend for depression itself was  waste of time ,no more worries guys, because life is very short…

Please understand about self love, try to spend some time to talk with yourselves, how you spend time with others in that same way try to converse with yourselves…..do what you love, be kind hearted towards yourselves, so that you can have lots of peace and happiness for yourselves….

Practice for self love guys, love starts within you , not from anywhere , first love yourselves and then love others around you….

Finally the only thing we should know that is, when you love yourselves , when you love your every minute of moment , you won't or never be expecting for others love…..this is true….true….true……
