My overview - This book turned into no longer precisely on my TBR but become on my mind. The well-known comedian ‘Zakir Khan’ recited one of the well-known traces from this e-book and that simply stuck in my thoughts. That I’ll examine this book quickly. I actually have a reserved love for the Urdu language. It feels historic, top rate. Like just reading and being attentive to it makes the man or woman’s soul raise. I get this feeling approximately Urdu. Thus, I’m seeking to analyze. Although, lots of us don’t even understand that we use Urdu an awful lot extra in our vocabulary than we suppose in our everyday lifestyles.

Okay about the e-book. It’s a kinda Gem for me. Starting with the self-intro the writer gives at the start of the book. Which is written in Urdu and feels so precise to examine. His story blended with humor and many incredible testimonies all throughout his life. It felt clean. Then the Shayari’s and Nazm’s are just fantastically compiled. Each word and the weaving via the writer is commendable. Like it just flows from its heart and gets directly poured into ours. Many of his Shayari’s are just really relatable to a maximum of his readers. I rather endorse this book in case you are into Urdu or virtually into poetry. Javed Akhtar's poetry is complete of ardor and hearth, a fireplace that burns within the face of the inescapable suffering that is a lot of every human life. Akhtar reflects on this suffering - the uncertainties, the meaninglessness, the alienation, the loneliness of being - asking why it exists, and where from it arises. As always, there are not any solutions. All attainable answers fade away, and what remains are the stirring questions.

At the same time, Akhtar suggests that there may be nonetheless a coronary heart that beats within the midst of all this. A heart this is touchy, this is aware of the fundamental human need for that means, a coronary heart that has not been rendered useless and opaque by the brutalities of existence. This is some of the satisfactory poetry I actually have studied on existentialist issues, harking back to the awesome poems of Shahryar. The advent with the aid of Akhtar at the start of this e-book - a quick autobiographical be aware - is an exceptionally moving and galvanizing piece of prose writing.

This is the first Javed Akhtar Book I've read and I think it explains his private but then relatable to all reader’s view over all of the various elements of life. This is an ought to read. If you are beginning to study Javed Akhtar Sahab then this has to be the primary choice.
