Hello there! I'm here to share some of my experience.

I was a multitasking person, who would do three or more activities simultaneously.

Multitasking is a myth, our brain cannot perform two tasks that requires high-level brain function at once.

Multitasking seems perfect and we really thought that we were doing good. But, in reality it doesn't.

Research says that, our brains are not nearly as good at handling multiple tasks.

Multitasking can hamper our productivity by reducing our attention, comprehension and overall performance.

In sometime, we think we do multiple tasks, but in reality we just switching quickly from task to task.

Multitasking is less efficient,as it takes extra time to shift mental gears every time a person switches between tasks.

It may leads to stress at times, if our keep switching from tasks to tasks, it couldn't able to concentrate on a particular thing, as a result we would get stressed.

But at the same time, it helps us to prioritize works.

Motivational issues, Yes you get lack of motivation after doing so many multiple tasks.

Sleeping problems, if we trained our brain to work multiple tasks, it's became little hard for us to make a calm, relaxed and peaceful mind to get sleep.

Machines? We aren't right? People aren't able to work like machines.

Multitasking distract our focus, we aren't able to pay attention to the work we do, as our brain keep thinking about our upcoming tasks.

Memory problems, it can also result in a person forgetting to prioritize their works, which may lead to procrastination at a later time.

Less interaction, the worst side affect of doing multiple tasks is that isolation from the world, because you may involved in your work forgetting what is happening around you.

I was also been a multitasker, but I found myself lacking motivation as keep running between tasks and also I found I'm distancing myself from the people around me.

Even though, Multitasking leads to more stress and side affects, it still have some advantages too.

One could say that, multitasking can helps to done the work on time, but at the same time, it debase your interpersonal skills and efficiency.

But overall, Multitasking is not exist, our brain is not a remote control to change accordingly. So if we try to do multiple things, it will result in decreasing our productivity and increasing our stress level.

So don't try it!
